Borrowed power makes up the difference so when it's gone, you really feel it. Blizzard capped character power in Legion and it's only gone down since then. Level up to get weaker sounds a bit counterintuitive, doesn't it? But honestly that's what it looks like to me. Kinda makes me wonder what the point of SL and BfA were if that's the case. It's funny that the consensus appears to be that characters are weaker now than they were in Legion. Or imagine if someone played 11 out of 12 available classes, and got transmogs for legion legendary on all 11 classes, but decided to main the 12th unplayed class in bfa or sl and wants transmog for legion legendary but can't, explain this logic to me? Please don't get me started on this whole prestige thing because at this point it's hilarious, we already have so many ''prestigious'' mounts and transmogs yet barely anyone uses them because there are better not-prestigious looking one atm, besides not every player, especially newer one is aware of what is prestigious or not, in this case tell me where is that prestige? Comment by Nevcairiel on T11:31:08-06:00 Or maybe because ppl weren't playing during legion? Sure you could say that it's their fault, but why do i have to be denied access to transmogs, transmogs that aren't even that good looking, i main ret pal and i don't like the look of tower of mage ashbringer, but i do want to have them for the sake of completing, that's it. Meanwhile people doing normal/heroic will be wiped 30 seconds into the encounter due to some ability one shotting the whole raid that Blizz forgot to adjust. Either world first guilds are going to get world first mythic clear in record time since they will one shot all 3 bosses, or they will struggle to get the 9th boss to like 80% in their attempts. What the point of releasing this untested overtuned "content" I dunno.Īnd with the talk of blizz not testing the final 3(!) bosses of the upcoming raid, week 2 of the raid releasing is going to be an absolute mess for everybody if they go that route. I tested one fight on PTR and tuning was horrible, reported it, nothing was done to fix this mess. Which either may not be present anymore, or be nerfed and spell trouble for a few classes. It's a given at this point the tower will be changed a lot in the coming days for some encounters, be it buffs or nerfs, as some challenges were designed around old abilities in mind. Along with artifact weapons are inactive that also aided a few classes a lot during the encounters. Yet the real and valid concern is the fact that a lot of changes have happened to classes since legion. If they really wanted a specific legendary for an encounter as they should be active during the fight. I don't get the gripes towards legion legendaries, as you can buy them through the currency, and that just falls on players that didn't take the time to grind it. Simply because the tower was barely tested, and it's apparent that its going to see a TON of tuning this week and next week, given its not even out yet and their already messing with the tuning of some encounters. Unironically using crybabies and git gud in the year 2021. Remember a prot palla with 860ish ilvl beating the challenge, that was stressful to just watch. I understand legit concerns such as leech and self sustain was way better with the legion toolkit. From the PTR, the Ancestral Knowledge shield was not too difficult to break, but this will hopefully reduce the overall fight length, especially when the boss uses Ancestral Knowledge with increased frequency towards the end of the encounter.Īnd the crybabies have already started whining about how they might git gud to beat the challenges. The Ancestral Knowledge shield amount has been nerfed which makes it easier to break the shield when you don't have cooldowns, and the damage of Hurl Axe has been slightly nerfed, though this spell should be avoided. The Sigryn encounter received some slight tuning nerfs in today's hotfixes. However, this hotfix prevents this potion from working, so no more cheesing Agatha in this way.įor the full list of banned effects, check out our click here. This potion has a history with the Mage Tower as it was originally used by players to take down Agatha way easier than intended, as Agatha's Lair is located inside the Broken Isles and provided a massive amount of free damage to players.
